Merchant Account Payments
 
  • You own the Merchant Account so payments are made Daily, not weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
  • You receive an ACH transfer to your account two business days after someone pays.
  • You receive your money gross not net.
  • The application recognizes that you are a government entity, not a retail store.

Security
 
  • Accountability - Each transaction (and its modifications) have the user-logon, computer name, date and time recorded. This makes it easy to trace every transaction.
  • Fraud Audit - The credit card processor audits for suspicious transactions and reports them to you.
  • Credit Card Numbers - All reports mask the middle digits of the credit card, and numbers are stored encrypted for further security.
  • Credit Card Data - All transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. The information is encrypted (scrambled) before it is sent and then decoded when received by the card processing company.
