RevTrak Professional

RevTrak Professional located on a single PC or a server for multiple station use, is designed for use when the credit or debit card may or may not be physically present.  You can take payments in person, through the mail or fax, or over the telephone.  Also it provides fund based reports for payments taken by RevTrak Professional and RevTrak Express.

How it works:  Use your computer keyboard to enter the cardholder’s name, address, card number, charge amount, and revenue code. In less than two seconds, RevTrak Professional authorizes the transaction by using the secure socket layer (SSL) of your Internet connection.  Then you print a receipt from your default printer, and fold to fit a window envelope – or email a receipt to your patron. Save postage, envelopes, and time with email!

Subsequent transactions are as simple as looking up the name and adding a transaction amount.  RevTrak keeps a complete history of all transactions based on cardholder and card number.

RevTrak Professional is included in the Single User, Multi-User and Enterprise Solutions.
