RevTrak Express

RevTrak Express provides the interface to RevTrak Professional to process in person payments with the card present. Swipe the card through the card reader the transaction is processed, and then updated in the RevTrak Professional system.  There is a small additional monthly charge for the card reader, so use this product when you expect larger volumes of in person payments.  Express provides the lowest transaction rate and the fastest transaction method.

How it works:  RevTrak Express awakens when you swipe a card through the card reader connected to the USB port of your computer.  Enter the amount with a comment and push the authorize button.  In less than two seconds, the transaction is authorized and your default printer automatically produces two receipts on a standard printer.  The cardholder signs the first receipt, which you retain for the payment records, and the second receipt is for the cardholder.  RevTrak Express is designed to replace the old credit card terminals in places where you have significant in person transactions.  The reader is transportable, which allows you to keep one available for special use check out.

RevTrak Express is the perfect solution for mass registrations, or cashier locations where you need quick payment processing.  Express is four times faster than a standard credit card terminal, greatly reducing long waits in line. 

RevTrak Express software is included in our Single User, Multi-User and Enterprise Solutions and you can easily add additional card readers at any time.
