The Process:

• You sign an agreement authorizing PayOurPTG.com to collect fees for you.

• We build and host the web “store” that you can link directly to your district website! 

• We provide training for you!

• The web “store” goes “live” and parents start purchasing. Money is collected for your district, and you don’t have to touch it!

• You will receive a check weekly or monthly based on the amount processed through the web “store.”

RevTrak's eCommerce Product gives you a customized web store on RevTrak's secure server for accepting payments 24 hours a day.

How it works:  A link from anywhere in your website transparently transfers patrons to the RevTrak secure servers for the actual transaction.  You decide which payments or items will be available on the web store.  The transaction is authorized and the user receives an immediate email confirmation.  A confirmation of the authorized transaction is immediately emailed to the appropriate department personnel for that specific payment type. 

RevTrak eCommerce is designed around the idea of an Internet department store.  Each campus or department can have its own web store department.  Customers can shop in multiple departments and pay once at the checkout.  Fund Based Web Store reports and RevTrak 2004 Reports allow both the department and the finance office to track each payment.

RevTrak eCommerce is only available with the Enterprise Configuration.
