Revtrak is a complete toolbox for taking Credit Card payments electronically. 

RevTrak is the complete toolbox of options for taking credit and debit card payments -- designed specifically for all departments of local governments and their fund accounting needs.  Not every entity will necessarily need or use all of the RevTrak resources.

  1. Configurations:
    1. Enterprise:  RevTrak provides you a customized web store. Establish a link from your website to to the web store on RevTrak's secure servers to provide a seamless method to receive customer payments.  In addition you receive the features provided through the Multi-User plan below.  Multiple departments and work stations now can accept card payments by any method.  Reports allow you to easily track the department and account code for each payment.  And most importantly the web store can take payments 24 hours a day.

    2. Multi-User:  RevTrak Professional and RevTrak Express are located on a server so they can be used by multiple workstations.  The configuration enables any location or department you choose to accept payments in person, or by mail, telephone or fax.  Multiple workstations use the same customer database, and reports allow you to easily track the department and account code for each payment.

    3. Single User:  RevTrak Professional and Express are installed on only one PC workstation.  This configuration enables you to accept payments in person, or by mail, telephone or fax.  The single workstation can take payments for multiple departments, because reports allow you to easily track the department and account for each payment.

Regardless of the solution you choose, all our configurations provide the following:

  • RevTrak Software - Provides a complete accounting trail of clients, transactions, and deposits, all based on Fund Accounting.  And the software is free.

  • Merchant Account - All organizations that process credit cards must have a “merchant account”.  Like a bank account, this provides the identification and fund processing channels for transactions.  Through our special agreements for governments, there is no setup or application fee for your merchant account!

  • Support - One-stop help desk (at a toll free number) for all questions regarding the software, reconciling the bank account, or any other question.

  • Training and Implementation Planning -  Use the "expertise" of our staff to recommend efficient methods of implementing card payments in your entity.  We have multiple training delivery methods and will work with you to get your staff trained.
