RevTrak 2004

RevTrak 2004 is a report and import / export manager that supports RevTrak's Web Store system.  RevTrak 2004 was developed to provide additional management level to retrieve financial and product data from the Web Store.  Department users draw their transaction reports primarily from the web store intranet, while the finance office and department managers will use RevTrak 2004 for summary reports.

Users can easily review active orders and download financial data from RevTrak 2004 with just a few clicks of the mouse.

Continued Development: will expand this facility to become the major data manager for RevTrak's Web Stores.

Deposit Report:  The report selection form (below) creates deposit reports based on account, product, or date range.  As with all RevTrak reports, the deposit report is date sensitive and can be retrieved at any time. This flexibility provides the finance department with the deposit reports they need to easily reconcile bank accounts.

Exports: You can export web store orders so they can be processed or just summarized in various formats but including Excel. When your software company is willing to accept external data, you can create an export file that directly posts to your accounts receivable or student accounts.

Import:  Development is also underway to use this facility to give you the control to easily Import Customer/Student Data and manage other sets of data.
